Surrounding yourself with the right people is key to building a successful business. At Corbetts, our leadership team is made up of individuals who not only bring the right skills and experience but also share the same vision for the company. Their combined expertise in operations, finance, health, safety, quality, and logistics ensures we continue to set the standard in the UK galvanizing industry.
As part of our continued growth, we are excited to add new experts to our skilled leadership team. As such, we want to introduce our most recent additions. Each of the three team members bring their own qualities and skills to Corbetts. They complement our already seasoned team and work together to drive us forward so that we can keep providing our galvanizing services to the highest standards across several industries.
Andrew joins the team with nearly a decade of experience in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) and brings a meticulous approach to his role. His background in food manufacturing and logistics has given him the skills to ensure Corbetts operates at the greatest safety and quality standards. Andrew’s vision is clear: to make Corbetts the safest and most efficient galvanizer in the UK while consistently delivering value to customers.
Outside of work, Andrew is an adventurer at heart. He enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing and sailing. He’s also a dedicated change ringer at his local church tower, demonstrating his attention to precision both in and out of work.
With over 30 years of experience in finance and manufacturing, Nicky strengthens our leadership team. She plays a crucial role in driving profitability and process improvements at Corbetts. Nicky brings a wealth of expertise in commercial strategy, cost reduction and operational efficiency, ensuring the company remains financially strong and well-positioned for growth.
Nicky is passionate about working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to achieve business objectives and identify new opportunities. Beyond work, she is heavily involved in her local cricket club and, as she puts it, provides a “24/7 taxi service” to her three children!
Marc has over 20 years of experience in operations, project management, and lean manufacturing. His track record includes improving productivity, reducing costs and leading high-performing teams. Coming from an injection moulding background, he brings new energy to the team and many fresh ideas to the galvanizing industry. He aims to improve efficiencies through process optimisation and new technologies.
His vision for Corbetts is ambitious: to make it a leading force in the UK galvanizing industry with a highly skilled workforce, outstanding quality, and unmatched customer service. Outside of work, Marc is a keen enduro mountain biker and can often be found either riding the trails at the Wrekin on his prized Nukeproof Giga or unwinding in the sauna after a gym session.
A strong business is built on a strong team. Corbetts is excited to welcome new talent to our experienced senior management team as we continue to grow and innovate. With Andrew, Nicky, and Marc now also leading the way, Corbetts is in the best possible position to achieve its ambitions.
