Celebrating excellence: Muhammad Bukhari named Corbetts’ Employee of the Month

This month, we’re proud to shine the spotlight on one such individual as our Employee of the Month.

Since joining Corbetts as Environmental Manager in March 2024, Muhammad Bukhari (fondly known as Mo) has made a remarkable impact, earning him the well-deserved Employee of the Month title.

Mo’s background in chemistry has proven invaluable, providing a strong foundation for his work in reducing Corbetts’ environmental footprint. His main role within the company is to ensure that all chemicals and the galvanizing processes are aligned to improve quality finishes consistently. This entails constant and daily testing of the acids, fluxes, passivations, and zinc baths to ensure they are at optimum levels.

From day one, he approached his role with a passion for sustainability and innovation, implementing processes that minimised environmental impact and generated significant cost savings. These savings have, in turn, been reinvested into the company, benefitting both operations and employees alike.

“I am very passionate about the environment and constantly strive to find better and more environmentally friendly ways of carrying out the processes in use.”

What truly sets Mo apart is his uncompromising dedication and work ethic. Over the past month, he has gone above and beyond, exceeding expectations and even working through the night to bring a groundbreaking idea to life. His initiative, perseverance, and commitment to excellence have not gone unnoticed.

Mo is highly respected by the senior management team, which has commended his forward-thinking mindset and tireless efforts. His contributions have made a real difference, and his positive attitude continues to inspire those around him.
